However, the restitution of remuneration remains unaffected of it. Undeprived the right (law) remains to the cancellation without notice for essential reason. an important reason is present particularly by difficult or continued offences against the contractual regulations, particularly also by offences against the AGB's as well as with impracticability of the contract. Nevertheless the Eurowheels GmbH takes over no liability (adhesion) for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the provided information. c) The Eurowheels GmbH is not responsible (clings not) for escaped profit, stayed away savings or indirect and / or secondary damages.

§ 10 Final Clauses
a) Place of delivery is Bremen, Federal Republic of Germany. As area of jurisdiction Bremen is agreed upon.
b) It is valid the right of the Federal Republic of Germany.
c) Should a regulation (determination) this AGB be ineffective or become, this does not touch the effectiveness of the other regulations (determinations).
